The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and our stringent quality benchmarks. As the driving force behind our construction operations, you will collaborate closely with company leadership, field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to uphold excellence throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive projects to successful completion—on schedule, within budget, and meeting specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections; manage job site safety and quality control.
Lead meetings with subcontractors and internal teams; review project plans and monitor progress.
Assist in bid preparation and assess potential cost-saving opportunities.
Mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
Foster effective communication across all levels—internally and externally.
Assume accountability for project outcomes and continually seek process enhancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience in multifamily and/or student housing projects required.
Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and safety management.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team management and deadline adherence.
Comfortable working on-site, in the office, and in diverse project environments.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven by deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across trades, clients, and senior leadership.
