Slot Manager
Location: Norfolk, VA
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Role Overview:

As the Slot Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our Slot department. From ensuring compliance with company policies to fostering a customer-centric environment, you'll lead by example to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Slot Operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Hire, train, and develop talented Slot Department personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Resolve customer disputes promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Director of Slots to develop and manage departmental budgets and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular performance analyses and operational reviews to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming, with a focus on slots preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in a managerial role within the gaming industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, casino environment, balancing office duties with floor management.
• Must meet all licensing requirements and be able to work in a casino environment.
