The Role: IT Manager
As the IT Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the management and optimization of all IT operations across our property. You’ll lead a talented team, ensure smooth technology processes, and oversee IT projects that support the overall efficiency and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support team, ensuring all hardware, software, and peripherals are maintained, installed, and repaired with precision and speed.
Oversee the resolution of IT issues, ensuring problems are identified, documented, and addressed quickly and effectively.
Drive IT-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Handle personnel management responsibilities, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Keep senior management informed of technical needs, challenges, and progress.
Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures that align with company goals and standards.
Manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs.
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of network fundamentals such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network management.
Strong technical expertise with Windows operating systems (2000, 7), workstation configurations, and network hardware.
A+ certification is required, and ITIL V3 Awareness is a plus.
Proven leadership and project management skills with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and large-scale IT initiatives.
Experience with casino business systems and proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Must be able to maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
