Sr. Construction Project Manager Tulsa, OK $125,000 - $150,000
Oversee all phases of construction projects, including coordinating labor, materials, and equipment; ensuring adherence to project specifications; maintaining open communication with clients; and keeping the project on schedule.
Collaborate with Estimators and manage the full contract lifecycle from start to finish.
Compile billing quantities by working closely with field superintendents and foremen to gather accurate field data.
Manage all project-related accounts receivable (A/R) functions—review and reconcile monthly quantities, generate pay applications, and track payment status.
Handle cost control activities, including reviewing and approving project expenses and labor, conducting financial audits at project closeout, and evaluating cost-saving best practices.
Submit material data sheets and project schedules to clients as needed.
Participate in pre-bid and pre-construction meetings to review, interpret, and communicate client blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
Develop project phasing plans and obtain necessary traffic control permits.
Ensure that all required project permits and utility locates are secured.
Communicate change order details to the estimating team for pricing and relay updates to both clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, or other channels.
Coordinate with client representatives on billing confirmations and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors throughout the project.
Support special assignments and projects as directed by management.
Adhere to all on-site safety requirements, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests.
Work effectively in a team setting with diverse individuals, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
