- Manage all phases of construction projects, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to ensure project specifications are met and schedules are maintained.
- Collaborate with Estimators, overseeing the full contract lifecycle from start to finish.
- Compile billing quantities by collecting accurate field data from superintendents and foremen.
- Handle project-related accounts receivable (A/R), including reviewing monthly quantities, generating pay applications, and tracking payments.
- Control project costs by approving expenses, conducting financial audits, and implementing cost-saving practices.
- Submit material data sheets and project schedules to clients as required.
- Participate in pre-bid and pre-construction meetings to interpret and communicate client blueprints and specifications.
- Develop project phasing plans and secure necessary permits and locates.
- Manage change orders, coordinating with estimators for pricing and updating clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with client representatives on billing and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Support special projects as assigned, adhering to on-site safety requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills in diverse team environments.
