Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (DOE)
This position is for a medium size heavy civil construction company. They do roadway, parks, water wastewater and bridge projects.

This position is for a medium size heavy civil construction company. They do roadway, parks, water wastewater and bridge projects.
- 5+ years’ experience as a superintendent in roadway or wet utilities.
- Review project plans, specifications, estimates, and documents before work begins.
- Perform take-offs, identify conflicts, and provide input on schedule, labor, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; track lead times and approvals.
- Manage change orders, documentation, permits, utilities, and site logistics.
- Oversee safety, traffic control, drainage, and quality control throughout the project.
- Maintain daily logs, cost reports, as-builts, pay estimates, and final close-out documentation.
- Supervise and support Foremen, subcontractors, and workforce hiring/termination.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
