We’re seeking a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to step into a Project Manager role within our Transportation Planning & Design division in Columbus, OH.
In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of projects—from highways and interchanges to drainage systems and local roadway improvements. You’ll handle everything from design and plan preparation to agency coordination, while being supported with mentorship and growth opportunities. This is a chance to make an impact on large-scale infrastructure projects as well as city, township, and county initiatives.

- A sharp eye for detail and great organizational skills
- Flexibility to roll with shifting priorities
- Strong communicator (both written and spoken) with a solid work ethic
- Comfortable using technology in creative ways to get the job done
- Able to take the lead on technical tasks, including reviewing plans and calculations
- Strong planner who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines while staying on track
- Clear and confident in expressing ideas
- Familiar with CAD and design tools like MicroStation and GEOPAK/OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Engineering.
- Profession licensed in Ohio.
- 10+ years’ work experience in the civil engineering is required, experience with ODOT preferred.
