We’re looking for a driven and experienced Traffic Signal Project Manager to oversee exciting traffic signal and smart transportation (ITS) projects across the Denver metro area. This is a chance to take ownership of meaningful infrastructure work, lead talented field teams, and help shape the future of transportation technology.

In this role, you’ll manage projects from planning through completion — coordinating crews, budgets, schedules, and cutting-edge traffic systems that improve safety and mobility for thousands of people every day.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in traffic signal construction, ITS, electrical construction, or infrastructure project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of traffic signal systems, electrical construction, and public works projects
  • Ability to read and interpret traffic signal plans, electrical schematics, and ITS drawings
  • Familiarity with CDOT standards, MUTCD requirements, and NEC codes
  • Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • IMSA certification is a strong plus
