We are a growing hospitality renovation contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead occupied hotel renovation projects across the U.S.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who knows how to renovate active hotels while maintaining guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews
- Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Work directly with hotel management and ownership
- Oversee guestroom, corridor, lobby, and public area renovations
- 5+ years as a Superintendent
- Hospitality renovation experience
- Experience working in occupied hotels
- Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni experience
- FF&E experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
