Project Manager | Hospitality Renovation - Traveling
Nationwide Travel | $120K-$140K + Bonus + Travel
MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY RENOVATION EXPERIENCE.
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple hotel renovation projects throughout the U.S. from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage 2-3 hospitality renovation projects simultaneously
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
- Serve as primary client contact
- Coordinate with Superintendents and ownership teams
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Hospitality renovation experience
- Experience with occupied hotel renovations
- Procore and Bluebeam
- Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred
- FF&E experience
- Multi-property renovation programs
- Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni experience
