Project Estimator | Hospitality Renovations
Remote or Hybrid with Limited Travel as Required


Employment Type: W-2 Preferred (1099 Considered)

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 DOE + Performance Bonus MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY RENOVATION EXPERIENCE.

Most estimators can produce numbers.

We're looking for someone who can protect profit before the first hammer swings.

We partner with nationally recognized hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels, delivering renovation projects throughout the United States.

This isn't production-home estimating or ground-up commercial work.

You'll be pricing occupied hotel renovations where sequencing, guest experience, logistics, and risk management matter just as much as material costs.
