We're looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows hotel renovations, particularly occupied properties where schedules, quality, and guest experience all matter.

This is a long-term opportunity with an established hospitality renovation GC handling major hotel projects across the country.

The good part about travel? You're assigned to one project at a time, staying focused on that location through completion rather than bouncing between multiple job sites. The next assignment is discussed as each project wraps up.

What we're looking for

5+ years of Superintendent-level construction experience
Strong GC-side hotel or hospitality renovation background
Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality on occupied properties
Familiarity with Procore and construction documentation
Willingness to work on project assignments nationwide
Experience with major hotel brands (Omni, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) is a plus
