You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents while gaining real-world experience on projects for nationally recognized hotel brands.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into Project Management.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help keep projects organized, moving forward, and on schedule by:- Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents on daily project operations
- Preparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Assisting with project scheduling and progress reporting
- Tracking procurement, change orders, and project milestones
- Supporting occupied hotel renovations while minimizing guest disruption
- Maintaining project information using Procore and Bluebeam
- Assisting with punch lists, closeout documents, and project turnover
What We’re Looking For
We’re less concerned with checking every box and more interested in someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.Required
- 1-3 years of construction experience or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Commercial construction experience
- Hospitality renovation experience
- Procore
- Bluebeam
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
