Competitive Compensation

$65,000–$85,000 DOE + Outstanding Benefits + Long-Term Career Growth

Crestone Services Group is a rapidly growing infrastructure company supporting telecommunications, utility, and power construction throughout the western United States. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a recruiter who understands the fast-paced world of construction hiring and enjoys partnering with operations to build exceptional teams.

This is more than a recruiting position. You'll become a trusted business partner, helping leaders identify, attract, and hire the people who keep critical infrastructure projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

Recruit for construction, utility, telecom, and skilled trade positions.
Develop creative sourcing strategies through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and community outreach.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner directly with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce priorities.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
Represent a company known for its commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED

✔ Construction recruiting experience – REQUIRED

Experience recruiting positions such as:

Equipment Operators
Foremen
Superintendents
Project Managers
Estimators
CDL Drivers
Linemen
Fiber Technicians
Skilled Trades

You'll also bring:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sourcing and recruiting instincts
The ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
